Usage
Using the scheduler builder:
var config = SchedulerBuilder.Create()
.UseTimeZoneConverter();
ISchedulerFactory schedulerFactory = config.Build();
Or via configuration properties:
quartz.plugin.timeZoneConverter.type = Quartz.Plugin.TimeZoneConverter.TimeZoneConverterPlugin, Quartz.Plugins.TimeZoneConverter
